Need to adjust pickup/drop off times / locations?

Turo allows you to adjust the pickup / drop off times and locations in the app and should be done prior to either the start or end of the trip respectively. If you need to extend your rental please request through the app and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Go to Trips>Booked>Click the reservation (either start time or end time)>Look for "Modify Trip" choose "Change Location" > Choose the location he wants it to be delivered>Submit You can also adjust the drop off location after you've picked up the vehicle and return the vehicle from a different location than it was picked up. Running Late? First check the app to see if you can extend your booking there (the app does submit your request to us, so if its approved, that means we know and approved it). If the app doesn't allow it, please contact Turo at 1-866-735-2901. ***Be aware that in rare cases the vehicle can be booked back-to-back and could have as little as an hour between bookings. One hour is the minimum time needed to clean and sanitize the vehicle before delivering to the next guest. ***Be advised late fee's could apply.

What do I do if there is an accident or I notice damage to the vehicle that wasn't there when I picked it up?

Please notify Turo and then us of any damage or accidents as quickly as you can. In the case of an accident, please check the glove compartment, you will find an Incident Info Card. The Incident Info Card has insurance information as well as instructions on what information to collect from others involved.

Who is allowed to drive the vehicle? Can I add other drivers?

Only the person(s) who are approved to drive the vehicle are insured on the vehicle. Should you desire more than one person driving the vehicle follow these directions: Go to Trips>Booked> Choose the Reservation Scroll down to DRIVERS>Add Driver Enter the email tied to your additional driver’s Turo account. If they don’t have a Turo account, enter a valid email address they check regularly. Tell them to look for an email from Turo in their inbox and, if they don’t see if there, to check their spam or junk folder. Open your Trip details page to see your additional driver’s approval status. You should request this at least 24 hours prior to the start of your trip. Unfortunately, failure to do this can void the insurance and make the renter liable for the full cost of any damage.

Do you pick up and/or deliver to any Las Vegas airport?

Yes! We have a bespoke airport pickup/delivery experience which can be booked for any airport in Las Vegas including Henderson Executive Airport and private air terminals. This is the fastest experience for getting in and out of the airport in Las Vegas! Select the "Pickup & return location" drop down and select McCarran/Harry Reid Intl Airport. There is a $35 fee for each way or $70 round trip. You will not be disappointed. If you are booking for a different airport send us a message and we will confirm. We pick you up curbside at passenger pickup, help with luggage and chauffeur you to the checkin/checkout experience. For your return we will meet at pre-arranged location and after checking you out of the vehicle we will chauffeur you curbside to your terminal and assist with your luggage. This is one of the fastest arrival/departure experiences you will find for ANY rental car in fabulous Las Vegas!
