Booking, pick up process and car itself was fine. Drop off was a pain in the ass! There was no one there at the pre-determined time, nor was there any heads up that I wouldn’t be met on time. I used the message feature of the app and called the owner at the number listed on the app and didn’t get a response. After trying to contact the owner for 30 minutes, I finally called the main Turo number and that took 20 minutes to get a live person! So, nearly an hour after I was supposed to drop off, the owner’s representative finally contacted us and instructed us to lock the vehicle and leave the key inside and they would check it in “within an hour”. I waited to post the review until the last minute to see if I was going to receive any additional charges because I didn’t check out with a real person. It’s a good thing I always leave extra time to get to the airport, otherwise I might’ve missed my flight!

Overall I had a good experience except one issue where rear window was not closing properly. That led to very poor noise cancellation especially on the freeways where we can hear sound from other vehicles. Owner did not have any car to give so we ended up getting this car.
