Pick-up Instructions: The car will be located in the parking lot of Solterra Retreat We will send a 4 digit code, once DL is confirmed, to the lockbox located at the rear of car in the hitch (remove cover to access lockbox). Line up code in the middle, push down knob and box will pop open. Replace box and cover (lost cover is an $18.00 replacement fee) 🧽 Cleaning -Car is provided clean -No smoking, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. • DIA Economy parking instructions and fees

  Economy lot is $6.0/hr, $18.00 a day max. We may drop the car off 24 hours before rental begins. After you pick up your bags from baggage claim on level 5, you will need to catch the West economy lot shuttle. The shuttle picks up outside the terminal at the DEN transit center (located on the ground level outside the Westin Hotel and on the south end of the terminal, through the glass doors and down the escalator. Take the shuttle to the T3 stop We will send you exact location an hour before pick up, the car will be very close to this location Once at the car, please take a selfie next to the car We will then send the code to the lock box located in the hitch at the back of the car.

• DIA Garage Parking instructions and fees

  Garage is $7.00/hr, $30.00 max a day. We may drop the car off 24 hours before rental begins. After you pick up your bags from baggage claim on level 5 go to West terminal baggage claim area. Exit any level 5 door (Look for signs that say "hotel shuttles", "taxi ride app pick up", "rental car shuttles"). Cross over all the islands to the parking west level 5 garage top level Car will be parked in row a-z (we will send you exact row and location day of pick up). Once at the car, take a selfie next to the car WE then send the code to the lock box in the hitch

• Roadside Assistance/Accidents

  Roadside Assistance/Accidents: If anything unexpected occurs during your Turo trip, please reach out to us through the messaging app immediately. You may also contact Turo at 415.965.4525.   While we're here to provide guidance and direction regarding the vehicle, it is your responsibility to handle your situation. Please utilize resources at your disposal as if you were in your own vehicle, with the understanding that it is your responsibility to cover the cost of any damage. Please see the following statement form the Turo website, “The guest that booked the trip (“primary guest”) is financially responsible for all physical damage to or theft of a booked vehicle that occurs during a trip, plus any additional costs and fees resulting from damage of any kind to the vehicle, regardless of who is found to be at fault. This responsibility applies whether the primary guest has their own auto insurance or not." We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all parties involved."

• Towing

  If a tow is required, only a flatbed truck is allowed.  Damage to the vehicle from a light duty tow will be the responsibility of the guest.
