This is my second time using Turo. I have used car rentals for many years. I turned to Turo because of the delays at airports cost of travel and the complexity of the rental. The trip was excellent! The most important thing is that the car is easy to get, the communication is rapid, and the host is available for any change. All these items were achieved with this trip. The car was an excellent condition, and spotless in cleanliness.
I enjoyed the pickup experience. The one thing that takes time, however, is taking all the pictures of the car and uploading them. I certainly understand the reason for this and do not mind doing it but if you’re in a hurry, make sure you plan time to take and upload pictures of the outside and the inside of the car as instructed. It’s actually easy on the Turo app, but again takes time and you need to plan for it. If you’re picking up a car at night, or during rain or snow this might not be so easy!
