This was my first trip with Turo so I was a bit apprehensive about following all the instructions properly and maybe not finding the car; also just being in a strange parking garage in a large airport alone but Priyadharsini was very patient and helpful with my many questions and requests for assistance. He gave me his personal cell phone number to use as well, which was very helpful. He even modified a few trip details to make it easier for me. This was a touch-free transaction and the car was exactly where the photograph showed it would be. Returning the car was simple as well. Everything went quite smoothly, thanks to my hosts assistance throughout the process. The only small detail that would've made my trip better is that the cell phone charger didn't work. It kept my phone from losing charge and increased power extremely slow but didn't charge well... and there was no port so I bought one. The heater worked great which was wonderful in the Minnesota winter. The seats adjusted nicely and the ride was overall comfortable.
