Owner added on extra charges an Turo declined them .Owner was very unprofessional car smelled like alcohol it was so strong my who is 7 years didn’t want to ride in the car,the co host who delivered the car to me did apologize about the liquor smell when she first gave me the car .

Hey Robin! We apologize you didn’t have a good experience the charges are for the charger that was not returned back to the vehicle, the extra four hours you had the car, the extra time to pick the car up from you as it was not in the city you said it would be in, and to clean the car out. You agreed to pay the fees, and then tried to dispute them. Turo investigated the situation and agreed that the $25 is fair and reasonable. Again, we do apologize, have a great day.
