Mark was very friendly, responsive and flexible. His BMW 650 convertible was in good condition for a 2010. Not a new car feel, but solid, clean and fun to drive. Mark told me that there were warning lights on but that it worked fine and it did. It was a little annoying to have headlight, license plate, and ultimately coolant lights on when we turned on the car, but I’m sure Mark will get those fixed. Overall good experience with a nice (though older) car! I would rent it again next time.

Unfortunately Mark wasn’t forthcoming about the hazard light, and only posted the light the day of me getting car, which in turn forced me to have to change cars and my plans. While returning the car he became very rude and sent disrespectful and threatening messages (which he deleted iPhone new feature to undo messages) very classy and safe right 🤦🏿‍♂️. As a host on Turo on all levels I can say without a doubt this was terrible! I would highly recommend not choosing this renter, and looking for another convertible while in the Orlando area.
