1. You were extremely pushy with getting the car before your trip starting time, showing up unannounced to my house, which led to
2. Me unable to thoroughly test-drive the car.
3. You reported a check engine light that night. That didn't stop you from driving the car 400 extra miles around ATL.
4. I called a mobile mechanic the very next morning, got the issue fixed and gave you a full refund even though you were very rude and unpleasant.
Let me tell you my experience was also "terrrible"
