We strive to provide a clean and comfortable ride for all of our customers. To maintain this standard, we have a strict no-smoking and no-pet policy. If there is any evidence of smoking, including cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana, or if there are any signs of pets in the car upon return, there will be a $150 fee assessed. This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning and sanitizing the vehicle, ensuring that it is ready for the next customer. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our high level of cleanliness and comfort for all of our renters.

• How are toll charges managed?

  Regarding toll charges, any incidentals will be charged to your Turo account as they are received. Additionally, documentation of the charge will be uploaded to trip photos for your reference.

• Can I smoke or vape in the car?

  We prioritize providing a clean and comfortable ride for all our renters. To ensure that we maintain our high standards and adhere to Turo regulations, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. • What happens if I’m in an accident?

  In the event of an accident, please follow the standard protocol of reporting the incident to law enforcement. Insurance and registration documents are in the glovebox for your convenience. Once the incident has been reported, the next step is to contact Turo to submit a claim. This can easily be done through the app or by calling the Turo support team. We hope that you never have to experience an accident, but please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance with the claims process.
