We understand that some of our clients are smokers. We ask you to please do not t inside the vehicle. Our vehicles are Smoke Free vehicles. For each trip at a minimum charge of $20 per toll. If you use additional tolls, you will send an invoice for the additional charges. Please be advised that the toll rate is not refundable. Para cada viaje en un cargo mínimo de $20 por peaje. The car was perfect. No issues at all. Airport Pick up was very easy and straightforward. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Car was good, but when communicating with the host was a nightmare. We arrived at the airport an hour early before the trip started and still had no text from the host on what’s going on with our car, where to pick it up, how to pick it up, no prior information whatsoever. I have rented cars before and did a pick up option and everyone has given me prior information. Picking up the vehicle was also very annoying, we were dropped off by an Uber driver and did not know exactly where the lot was, how to get there, etc. It should not be this stressful and annoying trying to grab a vehicle after already dealing with stressful airport activities. It should be an easy pick up and go and this was not the case. The car is great on gas but if you want solid communication from a host then I would avoid this one.
