If it happens to rain while you are out, find a covered parking spot for the Vanderhall. *If rules are broken, Guest will be responsible for all cleaning fees and damages up to $1500 *GAS POLICY: PREMIUM GAS ONLY! Must provide proof of premium gas purchase (91 Unleaded). Please return the car with the same amount of gas received. If not, a gas charge will be applied, as well as an administrative fee.*You may choose to add a prepaid refill BEFORE your trip (See extras) *CLEANING POLICY: Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was picked up *DO NOT take in machine tunnel wash/brush (Car Wash). Please return the car in the same condition it was picked up. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged. • Is there a rooftop?

  There is no rooftop! So check the weather before you book and prepare yourself for a new hairdo. We recommend the ladies bring a hairband, bobby pins or any items to keep your hair from going crazy :) Sunglass and sunscreen is also highly recommended!

• Is there a trunk?

  There a small storage compartment behind the seats if you need it. It would accommodate a large purse or regular size backpack. Also there is a storage rack on the back for more storage options.

• What is the Trip Fee?

  THIS IS A RANDOM FEE THAT TURO CHARGES THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OR VISIBILITY OF. IF YOU SEE AN EXPENSIVE TRIP FEE ON YOUR RENTAL, PLEASE CALL US AT [Number redacted for privacy and security] AND WE WILL CALL TURO. AS OF 3/22/2021, WE SUBMITTED A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO TURO.

• What type of gas do I use?

  Due to the Turbocharged engine. Premium 91 unleaded gas ONLY. If you have to top it off, it must be fueled with premium fuel only. Our preference is that you opt in to pre-purchase a full tank. We offer this option at cost to make it an easy for you.

• Is it hard to drive?

  Not at all! The Vanderhall is an automatic transmission. It's also small and easy to park.

• How Fast, What's the top speed?

  The Vanderhall Venice has a 195 HP 1.5L Turbo Motor and Top Speed is 160 MPH We encourage renters that, This is NOT a race car. When not used properly, Just like any motor vehicle. Accidents may accrue. Please drive with "Aloha". YOU WILL GET THE ATTENTION!

• Are Helmets required?

  HI Law states helmets are not required but for your safety, We do recommend adding helmets to your booking

• Do I need a Motorcycle License to operate this Auto-cycle?

  No special license, special skills required! A regular valid driver's license is all that's needed.

• NEW CONTACTLESS PICK UP AND DROP OFF

  *New contactless also available! This is all you have to do is.. 1. Upload a photo of your Drivers license. 2. Upload a photo of yourself (Selfie) with your drivers license next to your face. 3. Once approved, you will be provided a secure pin code to access the lock box and take the keys. 4. Upload your pre-arrival check in photos of the vehicle and your good to go! *IMPORTANT NOTE* 1. Upon returning/dropping off the vehicle, please secure the keys back into the lock box 2. Take end drop-off photos of the vehicle when your done. *Any damages to the vehicle, Lock box and Damaged/Lost keys. Guest will be billed/invoiced and reported to Turo*
