Here’s our brand new 2021 Vanderhall Venice addition to our fleet. This Venice is equipped with Bluetooth stereo, leather heated seats for those cool Haleakala days, small luggage rack, and more. This vehicle is fully automatic and extremely solid. This is not an off road vehicle and is for paved roads only. A truly exhilaration driving experience and no better way to make your maui memories. Stand apart from the swarm of slingshots and Turn heads everywhere you go with this luxury American nostalgia roadster. Lots of fun to drive, turned heads everywhere I went! Lots of people taking pictures and wanting to know where to rent. Was delivered kindly in great shape. I was stuck in some rain, which was a bummer, but the Vanderhall was amazing!

This is a very fun car with easy pickup/dropoff. If you are looking to explore thr island in a fun way this is surely it. Make sure to wear sun screen becaude it gets hot driving around.

This rental was a blast! The host was helpful and accommodating, and the car was si totally fun. Things to know: Yes, there is a way to charge your device. Its in the glove box. Radio is tricky bluetooth and it is tricjy, but works great once connected. The car is narrow so when you are 5'11" and your husband is 6'3" bumling shoulders and knees is likely to happen. These us plenty of leg room though. This car vibrates regardless of you speed, and is worse under 25. Think suped up go cart and you will gwt a feel fir the ride. The sun can be brutal. If you are fair or tend to burn consider the model with a roof. No if these this detracted from the sheer fun and uniqueness if the experience. Definitely give her a go. Would rent again!

It was a great ride. But definitely not for driving up Haleakala. We would definitely rent again. It was super easy to pick up and drop off and the person was very responsive to all of our questions. No ac so it was really hot….but an amazing ride.

The Vandy is an absolute riot strapped to an engine. My wife and I rented this one to celebrate our 10 year anniversary for a night (very belatedly) and to let my folks go have a date with it as a thank you for watching our kiddos. If you’ve ever wanted to ride a motorcycle with your significant other, but don’t like tipping over and wearing helmets…this is the experience. But better. Pro tip: wear good, cheap wrap-around sunglasses that won’t get ripped off by crosswinds. The vehicle is a hoot, 10mph feels like 100… so an island with low speed limits is the perfect place for it. To quote my wife during a casual run up to Kula: “It feels like my face is coming off.” Part of that is vibration and wind, part of that is from smiling the whole dang time. If you’re not into ostentatious cars but still get a kick out of giving every passerby a huge grin, this is the way to go. Island Motors made everything seamless and easy, and this is truly the way to cruise Maui. Thank you!
