We do NOT charge a cleaning fee for normal use, light sand etc. We don't want you to spend the last part of your vacation cleaning. We DO have a fee if car is excessively dirty or smoked in. We have a convenient shuttle service if needed, please see "Delivery" for details! Rental is backed with 24 hour emergency assistance. We do NOT "deliver curbside" to the airport, we have a shuttle that will pick you up at the Kahului airport and bring you to Kihei to get the car. Color of car TBD at time of rental. Car insurance is not covered by Turo when renting from us, please check into your insurance coverage when renting a vehicle to know that you are covered; insurance coverage is available for purchase if needed thru us. We have a $30 airport shuttle fee each way for rentals less than 5 days. Free service for rentals 5 days or longer. Please have the following information ready when sending a request; arriving from the Kahului airport: Place staying on Maui- Insurance company- Airline- Flight #- Arrival time- Departure time- How many people- We don't accept photo's of your drivers license, we need the real license in hand NOT expired. We need a credit card in your name aswell, can't use someone else's. You need to bring your drivers license and a credit card with you when you pick up the car, no charge, but need card on file. Debit card okay if you have a return ticket.
