Great car, picked up at a lot right at the airport. Has USB hookup for charging/playing music. Miroslav responds quickly!

Great car everything worked fine and ride was smooth and it was easy to find at the airport (when I did finally get the directions). The only complaint I would have is communication with the host- they were very last minute with communication and would not respond to my messages (such as to where to find the car, where to drop off the car) until I had already landed in HI and did not let me know drop off instructions until the morning of my flight, which made it stressful having to wait for a reply from them. They also expected us to have to pay for parking at the airport at drop off , even though in booking the car it said the host accommodated the pickup and drop off at the airport.

My standard process is to inform guests about the car pickup details 24 hours before the trip starts. I'm sending the exact parking location before the guest lands. Drop-off instructions is provided to every host at least 12 hours before returning the vehicle. I kindly request a $3 parking fee when guests drop off the vehicle, as I also incur the same expense at the beginning. The delivery fee ensures that the car will be ready for you at the airport, not at my address. You had all the info ☀️🌈

Easy process and fast communication. Had some car trouble but was resolved, and my time was compensated. The Nissan is a bit of a rough ride compared to the elantra but did the job. I would rent again.
