To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines during your rental: 1. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, even with the roof down. A cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found. 2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. If a pet is transported, a detailing fee will be applied as other renters may have allergies. 3. No Touring: The vehicle is not permitted for touring, off-roading, or any other commercial use without prior approval. This includes ridesharing, deliveries, or similar activities. 4. Cleanliness: Please return the car in the same condition you received it. Excessive dirt, spills, or trash will result in an additional cleaning fee. 5. Fuel Policy: The vehicle uses premium gasoline. When returning, the car should be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. Refueling charges will apply if the tank is not filled appropriately. Keep receipts in the car. 6. Mileage Limit: Adhere to the mileage limit specified in your booking. Additional charges will apply for exceeding the allotted miles. 7. Accidents and Damages: Immediately report any accidents, damages, or issues with the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. 8. No Unauthorized Drivers: Only drivers listed on the Turo reservation are allowed to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited. 9. Traffic Laws: Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations. Any tickets, tolls, or violations incurred during your rental will be your responsibility. 10. Late Returns: Communicate any delays in returning the vehicle as soon as possible. Late returns may incur additional charges. 11. Personal Belongings: Please ensure you remove all personal items before returning the car. The host is not responsible for any lost items.
