Each car returning will be put under direct sunlight for at least 24 hours before we rent out to another trip. Stay safe and healthy out there for everyone else! We have followed Turo remote pick up procedure. No face to face meeting required. ❌ Please note this car is available for trips starting immediately which start NOW or TODAY or TOMORROW and NOT for next week! If you’re planning to start your trip next few days or next week please DO NOT book this car. I only accept trips starting within 24 hours not later. It will take few days to receive your payment back. ❌ This is a 10 to 15 year old car just to take you from A to B and there’s nothing fancy about it. If you’re just considering it’s price please be aware it’s a used rental car! ✅ 99.9% Last minute Trip Requests and Changes easy approval in as little as 1 hour.

Guidelines

Hello and Thank You for booking one of my cars! Please read few notes below to help you be more familiar with your Turo experience. 1- If you are booked to pick up your car from airport then you will be able to find the car at Alaska parking structure across Alaska airline on second floor ( elevator access only push button 2 inside the elevator) at row C to H. More details will be provided after car has been dropped off. You need to use the bridges from departures to cross the street to arrive to parking structures. When you found the car please hold your DL next to your face and upload a photo to trip page and I’ll give you access to the car. The parking ticket will be inside the car and you are responsible to pay for that per your request to receive the car at airport as we cannot wait and meet you at curbside. I usually drop off the car an hour ahead of your scheduled time and parking fee is $5 per hour up to $32. Since we can always be available at airport therefore we can save you time and energy by meeting you on exact coordinated time at departures to help you avoid carrying luggage from parking to departures. Please coordinate with me a day or at least few hours ahead of your return time. 2- if you decided to come to my location then you just need to have your DL with you and be on time to pick up your car. Currently my location is Comfort Inn and car will be at the end of parking area. 3- if you would like to have the car delivered to your location then please provide detailed instructions about how to get to your location and where to meet you so I could be on time. Please have your DL handy. 4- if you received any kind of tickets or citation please pay before returning the car as I might not receive then in time and it will take a lot of effort to pay or transfer liability which might cause to penalties or additional charges. 5- please make sure car is vacuumed and cleaned upon return as Carwash here is usually automated and doesn’t cover interior which makes me to spend so much time to have it clean again and depending to the required service might cost up to $200 which none of us want that. You will receive the car vacuumed and sanitized and per policy you would need to return in same condition. 4- most of my cars are over 10 years old and even though they are maintained but still there’s a chance of breaking down and in this situation you would need to contact me first and ASAP! Turo policy requires to stop driving and contacting owner first if not successful then contact Turo roadside assistance. 5- please make sure to fill up gas tank before return to the same level ( you will receive full tank %99.99 of times) to avoid $10 inconvenience charge added by Turo on top of gas. 6- due to insurance coverage your trip can not be started earlier or end later than your scheduled time unless extended within your trip period. You could pickup later and drop off earlier but not early on pickup and late on return. 6- please feel free to contact me at my phone number located in my profile at any time with any questions ( just real questions please!🥴)

I Turo roadside assistance did not respond on first try. We did however follow up with her response later, and was more than satisfactory
