Most of our vehicles only take 93 octane premium gas. Please verify or ask before pumping All Vehicles needs to be returned in the same condition you receive it. We recommend not to eat in the vehicles as accidents are prone to happen and we would have to charge for the cleanup. Please, NO SMOKING (Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, Vaping, E-Cigs, etc.) or pets. Per Turo's policies a Smoking ($250) and/or Cleaning fee ($150) will be charged, if these rules are violated. All vehicles will be provided to you with a full or half tank, we ask that you return the vehicles with the same amount or you will be charged for a full tank of fuel. Return the vehicle at or before your trips end time. (If you need a extension please request it through the app to avoid late charges.) Late returns will be charged for an additional day. If you receive any tickets or tolls during your trip please pay immediately. If we received a ticket in the mail that occurred during your trip you will be charged an additional $50 processing fee on top of the ticket cost (we understand most tolls are now touch free, in that case you will be charge once the invoice arrives without the Processing fee) *** PLEASE NOTE TURO IS A CAR SHARING COMMUNITY *** In other words, please treat the vehicle as if it was your own. We treat and take care of all of our vehicles as best as we can, so we definitely appreciate when that effort is reciprocated. All vehicles are non transferable, vehicles driven by another driver is considered to be violating rental rules! if you want the second or third person to drive the vehicle, for safety and insurance reasons, you must notify Turo customer service. if we notice a driver who is not notified to us or turo, you will be fined $ 1,000 Be safe and have a great drive!
