Unfortunately, not for this car. Other vehicles in my lot are pet-friendly. You MUST return the car WITHOUT ANY HAIR. Returning the car with hair WILL result in a $150 hair-cleaning debit/credit card option charge.

The car smelled of mold and smoke.

Again, we a apologize for any inconvenience. After checking the car, we found no evidence of the car having any issues which leads to believe this might have been a case of a scam as we offered numerous ways to make this guest happy. A full refund was issued. Tim(guest) has been asked not to come back.

Dustin was an amazing host and we absolutely loved his car! Everything was smooth from pickup to return. It was easy to communicate with Dustin throughout our trip. If we go back to KC again, will definitely be renting from Dustin again!
