This host is great! Super easy to pickup and drop off. Great Honda! The host also added some cool extra wires and headset hooks to keep the car neat and organized for our trip.

The car was great and Serena does a great job keeping wipes and trash bags in the car. A couple lottle things though. The first is the windshield wippers needed to be replaced. When I drove at night in thr rain it was very hard to see. The second I asked for a 10 minute extension to drop off the car ans Serena denied the request (the app I can only request 30 min buy I texted her asking for 10) even though she got to the meeting point at the same time I did which was 10 minutes after the designated time.

Serena made my first experience with TURO seamless and easy. From picking up to dropping off everything felt effortless. The car was in great condition and had great fuel economy. Would definitely recommend 🤙🏻
