Luiza was friendly and responsive which helped as I was getting familiar with her car. While the car is a 2013 with manual windows/locks and key start, it had what I needed. I traveled solo this trip so I decided to do it on a budget and this car suited my needs. It had good air conditioning, clean seats, and charging accessories. I requested an ice chest and chair which she provided for reasonable cost.

I drove the car mostly in Kailua and occasionally to Captain Cook and Koholo (20-25 mi in either direction). It rained a lot in the beginning of my trip so I was comfortable going that distance in this car. The car is compact which makes parking very easy! The rubber floor mats made it easy to keep the car clean and tidy after hiking or visiting the beach.

The other aspect I liked was the car fits in. You don’t look like a tourist driving it! And the trunk is large enough to store your valuables and keep them out of sight.

Vehicle makes a loud noise while driving, mirror adjustment does work and car shakes while driving. Host was very kind and tried to offer another vehicle for replacement, but we had another vehicle planned. Unfortunately, this vehicle did not fulfill our needs.

Luiza is great and very helpful whenever needed! The car is quite old and has few things that would need to be checked out (a noise at the start, for example) but it did a great job to explore the island and Luiza was always available to help us out.

Luiza is great, the car is simple, but it works really great! It has done its job, and that's what we needed! I recommend it! :-) car was clean and easy to drive.
