It cannot handle the super steep roads.

Guidelines
Simple guidelines! 😎 1. Cleaning 🚗🧼 The car must be returned cleaned just as it was picked up. There are a few car wash places in town. Alternatively, I'm willing to clean the car for you for a $25 charge. 2. Gas ⛽ Please make sure the gas level is returned to the same level that it was given to you. You can also purchase a prepaid refuel option for $50 and I'll do that for you! 3. Smoking 🚭 No smoking is allowed in the car whatsoever. Please, keep the car free of any smoke scent and do not light anything inside the car. 4. Drivers 🚘 Anyone who wants to drive the car must be listed on the Turo rental. Only approved Turo users are covered by the provided insurance. 5. Forbidden Destinations ⛰️ Some destinations are not allowed. Because of some of the rough terrain on the island there are some places this car cannot go. (This is standard with all rentals on the island that are not four wheel drive.) The car cannot go any beach that is not accessible by paved roads. Do not take the car up to the Mauna Kea summit! The roads up Mauna Kea are very steep and required a 4WD car! Also please do not go down Waipi'o Valley. The road is also very dangerous and this car cannot handle it. 🙅♀️ 6. Keys 🔑 A lost key will result in a $350 replacement fee.

Rebecca is awesome. Really nice host and she gave us the best recommendations for our trip in the island. The car is in a really good condition. 👌🏻 100% recommended.

Rebecca was great to work with, and the car was perfect for our trip. It's a solid reliable efficient car, and we put a lot of miles on it as we had two sets of guests during our 20 days on the Big Island. We left 5 days early because coronavirus was starting to shutdown the island. She was able to meet us at the airport with only 24 hours notice of our change, and Turo refunded the unused days. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great pick up and drop off. Car met all of our needs for our two week stay and certainly was less expensive than the typical rental car companies. Will use Turo and Rebecca again!
