Treat this car as if it's your own! Respect this car & this car will take care of you. You are responsible for all interior and exterior damage while renting. No pets of any type allowed. NO DRINKING and DRIVING NO SMOKING of any type. NO VAPING of any type. NO DRUGS of any type. NO ANIMALS. NO UNPAVED TERRAIN This vehicle is made for paved roads only. Vehicle routinely inspected. You are liable for any damages made to the vehicle's undercarriage. As a precaution Always keep the vehicle on paved roadways. No off-roading of any type. Including gravel and unpaved or uneven roadways. No driving to Mauna Kea summit No Lava Rock terrain (includes: Makalawena Beach) No Valleys (includes: Waipio Valley) No Mud Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the renter directly. EXTRAS Retail cost fees of damage or lost items If you do not want to risk paying the cleaning fine, please visit the carwash listed below before drop-off. Inexpensive Wash and Vacuum available at: Lex Brodies Kona Express Car Wash 75-5570 Kuakini Hwy. It would have been good to have gotten a map to direct us to where the vehicle was located for pick up. Other than that, the vehicle was nice and clean, and it worked well. The host was very accommodating. Mahalo.

The guest chose the wrong delivery location, and start and end times when booking the vehicle. The guest didn't want to change the time because it would charge her more. I accommodated her. I discussed on the phone with the guest where the car could be parked and located after making me wait longer than needed to give her the keys. I accommodated her yet again.
This guest has poor communication skills and is not easy to work with. Zero respect.
