The car had a few tiny things that need to be fixed for the next customer. The process was a bit confusing - this is my second time using Turo, and the app had important pick up information in different areas - location, pick up process, phone number...it was a little frustrating. The car drove ok, but beware of the killer trunk! It’s very light and with all the wind, it would smack down on my head - happened four times on the first day 😅

Randy was awesome and super communicative but this isn’t my ideal vehicle for the island. I like to adventure and felt limited with where I could go. I’m more of a jeep girl. But all and all, super affordable and Randy was great.

Randy’s Nissan Sentra was perfect for navigating the Big Island and Randy was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and pickup/drop off was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.
