Meet “Shores” our fully electric Chevy Bolt with an approximate 300 mile range on a full charge. Ride in style without having to worry about gas prices! This electric crossover provides luxurious space to seat 5 adults comfortably. The back row even offers heated seats! Enjoy the cleanliness of a leather interior and numerous advanced safety features including a 360 degree camera and a rear view camera (convenient when the back is loaded up blocking your rear view mirror). Ryan and his wife, Ashley, are experienced in the hospitality industry with a family-owned and operated bed & breakfast in California.

ALOHA! Thank you for booking our car on Turo. We are looking forward to hosting your travels on our beautiful island. 📍LOCATION: Your car will be parked just 1 mile away from the Kahului (OGG) Airport. Conveniently located close to Costco, Costco gas station and delicious food trucks. If you’re coming to the lot from the airport, there is a car-share (Uber/Lyft) pickup area located outside the baggage claim. ✈️ AIRPORT SHUTTLE: Turo cars are banned at all Hawaii Airports, but we do offer an airport shuttle service. Select "Kahului Airport" as your Pickup & Return Location to take advantage of our personal shuttle service to & from our Kahului Lot. Shuttle service is only offered during hours below. ⏰ SHUTTLE HOURS Sunday – Thursday (7am – 9pm) Friday (7am – 5pm) Saturday (Closed) Please refill the tank to 80% charge (unless you pre-paid fuel) and return the vehicle in similar condition as received. Please note, if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, you could be charged for a cleaning violation according to TURO’s policies. Maui Express Car Wash next to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Kahului (16 Hobron Ave. Kahului, HI 96732) is great for a quick wash and vacuum (open 7am-6pm M-S/8am-4pm Sunday). Guidelines
Please return Shores (our Chevy Bolt) clean with at least 80% charge. We provide an option to pre-pay for these items at our cost. If the Bolt is not returned reasonably clean we may charge up to $300 depending on level of cleaning needed. Recharging will be $40. We ask that you not drive Shores on the backside of Hana or any unpaved roads. If you plan on visiting the Haleakala summit, we recommend starting your journey with at least 80% battery as driving uphill does use significantly more range.

Ryan communicated well and set reasonable expectations for the rental of his Bolt on Maui. At one point he had received an alert from the car that an attempted breken may have happened and Ryan was quick to check in and make sure we were ok. Overall, I am happy that I was able to rent an electric car for my vacation to save money and emissions versus gas. I would look up Ryan again if I returned.
