Faqs
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Our cars will usually come freshly washed! Please ensure you return the car the same way you recieved it, or we will charge a $35 cleaning fee. You can pre-pay in the 'extras' section for only $25!
Will car come activated with EZ/toll pass?
Toll pass available upon request. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app. If you choose to take the EZ pass theres a 10$ charge, however if you choose not to, any toll violations must be covered as well as an additional 20$ fee. thanks!
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy.
