Nice car, good maintenance but the lock system was not working by the remote. Had to open the door handle cup and lock it , that was bit frustrating as every-time you should open the cup, lock & unlock it manually. Also felt that the headlights are little weak and had to turn on high beam all the time.
Such small issues apart, car was well maintained. Performance of the engine was very good. Check in and check out were smoothly handled.

Hi, this was very last minute since remote was damaged by previous guest. I always work to make sure my guests have a 5 star experience so you should have come forward when I mentioned it to you, I would have switched you to a similar car / have Turo rebook you to the exact same model or given you a discount but I never heard back from you after I texted you about this, would have been an easy resolution
