1. 🚭 No smoking - cigs, e-cigs, marijuana, etc. If this policy is violated, you will charge $50 - $250 (Per Turo’s Guidelines) 2. ⛽️ PREMIUM Gas (ONLY) 3. Return the vehicle at the same level of gas when you rented (assuming it was full to start please return at full) 4. Lost keys have a $200 replacement fee 5. 🐶 🐱 N0 Pets. You will AUTOMATICALLY be charged a $250 cleaning fee if ANY EVIDENCE is found in the vehicle i.e. hair, smell, etc. The vehicle will be (thoroughly) inspected during checkout. 6. 🎫 No Toll roads - If toll fees are discovered at any time after you return the vehicle that is under your rental period, you will be charged the cost of the toll. 7. 🔥 No burnouts (tire tread depth checked pre-trip and post-trip) 8. GPS TRACKER WILL BE USED - Abuse of the vehicle (rapid acceleration, hard braking, and excessive speeding) will not be tolerated. 9. You are required to clean 🧽 the car inside and out before returning it or a cleaning fee will be assessed (in accordance with Turo’s Guidelines) **To save you time, you may want to consider adding the Extra Post Trip cleaning** Cleaning fee levels Excess cleaning - $30*. Significant mud or noticeable interior dirtiness Heavy cleaning - $50*. Cases requiring heavy vacuuming or removing light stains or sticky substances Severe cleaning - $100*. Major stains on seat fabric or other hard-to-clean surfaces Extreme cleaning - $150*. Egregious violations of the Turo cleaning policy that require a full detail or a steam cleaning Pet hair removal - $150*. Significant amounts of pet hair and in all cases in which a guest has transported a pet which is prohibited Multiple cleaning issues - $250*. Any combination of cleaning, smoking, and/or pet hair issues
