Car was slightly beat up and a bit dirty. But the original vehicle had a nail in the tire and car had to be switched out at the last minute. There were also issues with start time, then charges and refunds, etc. I’ve found better vehicles for the $ through Turo in the past. This experience was not a bad one but not amazing either. Host was nice and communicated well.
