First off the guy in the office made me give him my driver's license and took a picture of it on his phone, even though I already submitted a picture through the turo app before I arrived. I don't really want anyone having my personal information out there like that. I would have refused but my wife had already dropped me off and headed to work. Secondly the car smelled like smoke. Very obvious someone smokes a lot in the vehicle. A lot of scratches and dings on vehicle. I will not rent again from them.
