1. Cleanliness & Odor 🧼 Please return the vehicle as clean and fresh as you received it. If the vehicle is returned dirty or with an unpleasant odor (including smoke 🚬, drugs, or food), a cleaning fee of up to $150 may be applied according to Turo’s guidelines. 2. Fuel ⛽ The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of Premium gas, as received. Using the wrong fuel can affect performance and may result in a maintenance fee. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling reimbursement will be charged through Turo. 3. No Smoking, Drugs, or Pets ❌ Smoking, drugs, and pets are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A violation fee of up to $150 may be applied for any signs of smoking (e.g., cigarette odor) or pet-related issues (e.g., fur, stains 🐾). 4. Car Wash (Optional but Appreciated) 🚗 If you wish to wash the car before returning it, please only use touchless car washes. We recommend Car Wash Luv, which provides high-quality, safe touchless washing. Avoid brush-based or manual washes that make direct contact with the paint, as they may cause damage. Any identified damage may result in a repair charge. 5. Driving & Parking Care ⚠️ Be cautious when parking near curbs, inclines, or uneven surfaces. Drive carefully over speed bumps, ramps, and potholes to prevent damage to the vehicle’s lower body. Any noticeable damage may result in a repair fee. 6. Tolls 🛣️ This vehicle is not equipped with a transponder (such as SunPass). You must stop and manually pay for all tolls. Any toll violations or unpaid fees recorded during your rental period will be charged to your Turo account. 7. Vehicle Delivery in Jacksonville 📍 We offer vehicle delivery within the Jacksonville area, including Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). Delivery fees depend on distance, travel time, and logistics. The exact fee will be provided upfront, and scheduling will be confirmed upon guest approval. 8. Late Returns & Additional Fees ⏳ Please return the vehicle on time as scheduled in your reservation. Late returns may incur additional fees as per Turo’s policy. If you need extra time, request an extension through the app in advance to avoid penalties.
