The BMW was in excellent condition clean, smooth, and just what I needed. The host was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. From the moment I landed, everything was perfectly coordinated I received clear pickup instructions and everything went super smoothly. Communication was always on point.
Small detail, but a very thoughtful one: there was even cold water waiting inside the car. That shows real attention to the guest.
If I could give 6 stars, I would but since there are only 5, that’s what they get.
