NOTE: When booking you are acknowledging that you fully accept and completely understand the terms and conditions below, including the extra charges: * Please bring the car back with the same charge as received, just to be courteous to the next Turo guest. Charging fee $0.75/per mile of charge if returned with less range. A towing fee of $200 if car returned with less than 20 miles.  * Supercharger idle fees are $0.50/min if car is plugged in and not actively charging. It goes up to $1.00/min if all other stalls are filled. Make sure to unplug and move from space BEFORE the charge reaches the maximum to avoid fees. * You will obey the traffic laws at all times. You are responsible for any traffic or parking tickets during the rental period and all other liabilities. * This car is lower than normal so be careful going in and out of the driveways and/or when parking closer to the curb. Each wheel will be photographed before and after. Each rim with new curb rash may incur additional fee and you are responsible for any damages. Most of these damages can be arranged out of Turo using PayPal or reported onto the insurance. * Hand wash only, please do not put the car through a machine wash. * No speeding, no burn outs, no donuts and no launching allowed. * Cannot take this car to the race track. * NO HARSH CORNERING & NO HARSH BRAKING. You will be fined if the harsh cornering and braking is continuous. * No street racing or any other illegal activities. * You are responsible for any exterior and interior damages. * No pets, No smoking, and/or Marjuana smell. No drinking & No eating allowed. * Burn out the tires : $400 per tire * Smoking in the car or smoke scent : $250 + reported to Turo risking to be kicked out the community * Mess in the car : $200 for detail or $150 + reported to Turo * Damaged key : $407 * Damaged interior : $500-$1,000 * Continuous Harsh cornering and braking. : $100 + depending on the damages {disk, brakes, tires, calipers}
