Seamless pick up and drop off. No issues with the car or pick up/drop off. Only comment is the owners have to realize they are in a customer environment and the matter you communicate with a customer. This being only my second reservation made on Turo, I made a mistake on skipping a step during the pick up. The owners wife was rude on the phone asking me to back away from the car. Again no issues with the pick up or drop off, customer service.
