Guidelines
If you can't hand wash and vacuum the car, a $19 fee will be applied. DO NOT charge to 100%. DO NOT let the charge go below 10%. Please select the post cleaning option if you are not going to have the car hand washed and vacuumed 👍🏻 Flexible on pick up and drop off as long as there is no back to back reservations. Hand wash only. Please select the super reasonable and convenient cleaning service if you are not planning to wash and vac prior to the return. Please no smoking. A $350 Detailing Fee will be charged for smoking. The car will have a charging adapter for any non-Tesla station. A $150 fee will be added if it is not returned. The bag with all of the charging supplies will also be provided for charging at home. A $500 fee will be added all if the charging supplies are not returned. Do not smoke!

How do I charge the car?
You can tap on the red icons on the map for the Tesla supercharger stations (fastest charging speed) and follow the directions. You don't pay at the stall, Tesla will charge my personal Tesla account and my personal credit card, and I will update the final Turo invoice at the end of your trip. You can also use the cables in the trunk in case you are staying at a friend's house for example and want to plug the car to a regular outlet (slowest charging speed).
Should I charge the car prior to returning it?
Ideally back to 90%. But I understand if you can't plan the last charge according to your trip. Not a problem at all if it's at any level and then I'll just add an extra fee equivalent to what the cost is to charge back to 90%. For example if it's half of the range I would add around $9. Worst case scenario, if you bring it back at around 30% , the fee is $19.
