I feel bad leaving a less than 5 star review because Han was so kind and accommodating, but our issue was with the condition of the car itself. The car had some dents as well as a personal sticker on the back that I don't believe were photographed. I understand accidents happen, but we wished there was more transparency. Although Turo is not a traditional car rental, I purposely select vehicles that are generic like the kind you'd rent from Hertz or Enterprise. This was a personal trip and we didn't do a ton of driving, but had this been a work trip or I was picking up clients, I might have been a little embarrassed by the dents and the personality sticker. Hope this feedback helps! I would definitely book with Han again with these modifications.

Car had a few minor dents, and cracks in the windows. Interior was clean on the inside.
The vehicle didn’t have a front license plate yet, and in California you need to have one.
Apart from that, the communication was great. He was a flexible host, and made it convenient for me pick up and drop the car.
