I’ll put it this way. I will almost ultimately never use Turo again at least without a hard look after this experience. This was easily some of worst experiences with a rental car I’ve ever had. To start vehicle was not at the Airport. Didn’t know this until morning of. Which ended up in over $60 in Uber rides round trips. So that’s awful. Moving on past that. We found out the AC unit in the car didn’t work. Which mind you it was 93 degrees in Southern California traffic. On top of all of this. The car was in terrible condition and I ended up taking almost 30 photos of visible damage. Everything from paint chips, broken seatbelt holders on the seats and the absolutely gross car mats on the drivers side. I currently have not heard back from Turo at all. Which has been super disappointing.
