5 stars for cleanliness. 4 stars for maintenance. The car seems to have trouble in first / second gear. They can’t all be perfect but just want the owners to know. Otherwise, stellar service, attention, and quality. Would rent again. Thanks!

Host good, pick up was fine, car appears to need an alignment. Every time I stepped on the gas from a stop, the car would shudder. At first I thought it was traction but the tires are new. Once it stopped raining the shuddering continued.
No smoking allowed
