The car is loaded with a Sync telephone integration system for seamless hands free phone use, heated seats, sunroof, back up camera and it even has a flux capacitor incase you need to head back to the future (joke)!! Cancelled 15 minutes before trip was supposed to start even though he confirmed 12 hours before then had to wait for the next car to get delivered to me. Very inconvenient and caused me excess charges.

Hey Sarah I apologized for needing to switch vehicles for your trip due the previous renter 3hr before your trip smoking in the vehicle. I was using a machine to clean the smoke out of the car which took a lil more time then I anticipated is why it was not available at the time of your trip. I apologize for any inconvenience that this caused you.
