Guidelines
1. We require drivers to be at least 25 years of age and be willing to present proper documentation upon request. 2. Temporary/provisional driver's license will also be rejected. 3. Changing of rental times is allowed 2 hours before the scheduled time or else there would be an additional $25 rescheduling fee 4. A late fee of$20 would be charged for every 30 minutes we wait

Didn't get the vehicle we rented. Almost no replies to questions. Literally told him in person we wanted to return the vehicle when we returned from our trip. He said no problem with 2 hour notice. When we returned he never responded to any of my messages. Had no place to park the vehicle overnight so ended up with a parking ticket. My first and last time using Turo.
