Can i Smoke inside the car?
Guests and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle in the Turo marketplace. This smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. We take reporting of smoking very seriously. In case of smell of smoke, vaporized substances, or aerosol fumes the guest is subject to a $250 Fine.🚭🚭🚭
How much should i fill the gas tank when i want to return the car?
You are responsible for replacing the gas used during the rental with the appropriate fuel (i.e., regular, premium, or diesel). For the cars which premium gas needed, please have your receipts till the end of your trip showing that you have used appropriate fuel. Using inappropriate type of gas can harm the engine or turn the engine light on.
What should i do if i used the Toll roads?
You are responsible to pay the tolls at your own expenses. Please have a picture of license plate in case you want to pay it later. If we receive a toll letter later, you will be responsible for the Toll amount and any other penalties, late fees or charges. Also Turo may charges you some admin fee too. What should i do if i get a ticket?
