Very well appointed with driver and passenger heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, complete power package, incredible sound system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay PLUS a very ample amount of trunk storage. Tinted windows finish the look. Car can tackle the snow, wet or dry roads with the Mercedes AWD system. An incredibly quiet, gentle ride. Interior lighting package finishes the look. This car is a head turner. My wife and I strive for 5 star experiences for our guests. Flexible pickup/delivery options ensure that skipping the traditional rental car counter will be your go to once you experience this Mercedes! *While we deliver our cars to the airport at no additional charge, a $9 parking fee applies for all airport ZIP code pickups as there is no free parking at the airport, nor is curbside pickup permitted by Turo or IND.

How do I adjust the seat?
The Mercedes uses seat adjustment controls on the door itself. If you look at the door near the handle to open the door, you will see controls shaped like a seat. Each section of the controls represents the portion of the seat it will adjust. The small control on the seat itself (if equipped) is for lumbar adjustment.
How do I shift into gear?
There is a stalk/lever on the right side of the steering column. It is marked R N D. Up is for reverse, halfway up or down is for neutral and all the way down is for drive. The button on the end of the stalk/lever will put car in park.

Mechanically, the car drove well and was comfortable. The exterior is a little more beat up than you can tell in the photos online. The driver door makes it really loud popping noise every time you open and close it I alerted the renter when I picked the vehicle up and they said they knew and we’re waiting on the part.
