🚗 Miles & Smiles Fleet Use Guidelines “Your luxury rental, your responsibility.” These policies apply to all vehicles in the Miles & Smiles fleet and are agreed upon with each booking. ✅ What’s Permitted: ✔ Guests listed on the Turo reservation may drive the vehicle ✔ Local travel within DMV and surrounding regions ✔ Free daily access to Auto Spa Express for self-cleaning (scan code inside glovebox) ✔ Returning the car clean and fueled to its original level ✔ Using vehicle features such as Bluetooth, navigation, wireless charging, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto ❌ What’s Not Permitted: ❌ Smoking or vaping of any kind — A cleaning fee of $250+ will be charged for violations ❌ Pets in the vehicle without prior written approval ❌ Unlisted drivers — only those approved through Turo may operate the vehicle ❌ Off-roading or track racing — all vehicles have GPS trackers and motion monitors ❌ Heavy transport (construction tools, furniture, etc.) ❌ Returning the vehicle dirty or with trash left behind – guests may be charged a cleaning fee ❌ Using regular/unleaded gas in premium-fuel vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI) ⚠️ Guests must upload a fuel receipt showing premium (91–93 octane) for vehicles requiring it. Improper fueling may lead to mechanical charges. 🧼 Cleaning Expectations: All guests are entitled to free access to Auto Spa Express for one wash per day. A clean vehicle helps avoid cleaning fees and ensures a smooth checkout. Guests are expected to vacuum the interior if sand, mud, or excessive dirt is present. 🕒 Trip Check-In & Return Expectations: 🚗 Photos required at pickup and return (all 4 sides + interior) ⏱ Late returns must be communicated — Turo late fees may apply ⛽ Vehicles must be returned with fuel level equal to or greater than at check-in 💡 Notify concierge immediately of any mechanical issues, warning lights, or incidents 🤝 Guest Support: Our team is available 24/7 to answer any questions, assist with issues, or guide you during your trip.
