We conduct all key exchanges contactless, which means I will not be present at the time of vehicle pick-up. This provides flexibility and convenience in pick-up and return times. However, due to the contactless process, you will need to send photos of your driver's license through the app.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?

  We don't expect you to go out and detail the card before return, but we would appreciate it if you returned it in the same condition you picked it up.

• How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

  Yes, as a renter, you are responsible for paying all toll charges. At the end of each trip, we will calculate the total toll charges and request reimbursement.

• Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up or return time?

  Yes, the vehicle will be ready for you at your scheduled pick-up time. However, if you need to pick it up after the scheduled time, that's perfectly fine. We kindly request that any significant changes to the pick-up or drop-off times be made through the app under the "Modify Trip Details" section. This is particularly important if you anticipate being more than 30 minutes late for dropping off the vehicle or if you wish to pick up the car more than 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. If you need to extend or shorten your trip, we can accommodate that, depending on the availability of the vehicle.

  The pick-up location is available in the app on the trip details page alongside your reservation details.
