The communication was great at first but when I ran into an issue with the car not starting, communication became extremely delayed. I was only able to drive the car for 1 day out of the 4 days it was reserved. The car didn’t accelerate well when it did drive and had a strange sound. It was the most affordable turo, but I will stick to a preferred car brand or Hertz from now on.
