Parking details
The car will be parked on the driveway/street (easily visible to the guest). Let us know on Turo Messages when you get there and we will do a remote unlock for you. The key to the vehicle will be in the armrest. During return, please follow the exact same procedure. Park the car on the street (or the same driveway from where you picked up), place the key in the armrest, do the checkout and let us know that you have done your checkout on Turo messages. Thank you for following these instructions.

How to contact the host during the trip?
I will be available throughout the trip through text on the Turo app. Our primary motive is that you have an amazing experience and we will respond within 2 minutes.
How to pay for the tolls?
We have an EZ Tag sticker installed on the front windshield and based on that, we will send you the invoice for tolls. The invoice will include every single detail, such as location, timing, price of each toll, etc. This invoice will be sent to you after the trip ends, along with the details of each toll charge (e.g. time, location, etc)
