Pick-Up and Drop-Off Instructions for Turo Vehicles Pick-Up and Drop Off Location / Airport Parking Address: 8610 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061. This will be the location for both pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle. If You’ve Added Delivery to Your Booking: The vehicle will be delivered directly to you inside the terminal at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Please note: Do not park the vehicle inside the terminal, as George Bush international and Hobby Airport do not have a contractual agreement with Turo. Check-In Process: After returning the vehicle, please notify us through the Turo app once you've completed the check-in process. This allows us to remotely lock the vehicle. Important: Take clear photos of both the inside and outside of the vehicle during check-in to document its condition. Vehicle Access and Locking: When you arrive to pick up the vehicle, it will be unlocked and ready for you. After drop-off, please notify us through the Turo app so that we can lock the vehicle remotely. Car Wash Membership: All of our vehicles come with a free, unlimited membership at BlueWave Express Car Wash, which is available to all guests. Feel free to use this during your trip! Return Condition: The vehicle is required to be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up. All of our cars are new, clean, and fully maintained to ensure a great experience for you. The car was new, very comfortable, and has all the comfort bells and whistles I like when I travel.
The reservation was set for drop off at a specific day and time. Unfortunately the car was very late and I had to rearrange my travel schedule to accommodate the late departure.
I schedule drop off like this frequently and have never had a late car.
I called the host at the delivery time and he was responsive and kept me updated on the additional 40 minutes it took to deliver the car. But at that point the damage was done.
Aside from the delivery issue the car itself was very nice and I’d like to say I’d book this car again but I can’t risk the car not being there when I need it.
