The vehicle is located in the Kirby Landing neighborhood. This is a gated community with open access between 7am-7pm. The vehicle will be parked opposite the 2003 Kirby Landing Dr home and will be in plain view. If there are any issues locating the vehicle please do not hesitate to reach out.
No smoking allowed for any reason. No pets allowed. No restrictions on car seats.
Pick up will be remote. You will receive a code to a lock box with the car keys in it. The lock box will be located in the glove compartment.
The Kirby Landing community is open from 7am-7pm, no need for a code. Before or after these hours you will require a guest code which we will provide as needed within the 12 hours prior to your trip.
Nope. The vehicle is a brand new car and all maintenance is up to date.
No. No smoking in the vehicle is permitted for any reason. Smoking will result in a fine enforced by Turo and may result in a ban from the platform.
Generally no. We are an accessible business and if you have a service animal that you require with you, an exception can be made as long as this is communicated at least 48 hours prior to your trip.
Yes. Please return the car at the same fuel level as you picked it up at. Luckily there is a gas station 30 seconds away from the property. If you choose the return at any level add-on during booking, you do not have to refuel the vehicle.
