Guidelines
TOLL ROAD CHARGES: For your convenience, all vehicles are set up with a Toll Tag. You are able to use the tolls however please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from the app. WASH/NO PETS: The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonable dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly. Additionally $200 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet’s hair/smell is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. Proof of Insurance - I provide fair pricing for my vehicles and with lower pricing adds additional risks. Drivers that can provide proof of insurance allow for better risk mitigation. Once your trip is booked upload a photo of your insurance card into trip photos that clearly displays the policy # and the expiration date of your insurance policy. TURO is not an insurance company but will provide you with supplemental coverage in addition to your primary insurance coverage as outlined in section 2.6 of the TURO Car Sharing Agreement. *The only exception is international travelers as insurance does not transfer overseas and you will have to utilize a service such as TURO Supplemental coverage. MILEAGE: Millage is limited (unless mentioned otherwise) and you will be charged at per mile rate if you go over the allotted miles per the trip. NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️My car is smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $300 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell. Please be respectful of this policy.

NO. We have a parking pass in all of our vehicles. You will use that that to enter and exit the airport parking at our expense.

The best and most efficient Turo experience i’ve had! Car is in excellent condition, AC is cool, directions to car are clear, no charge for departure from parking lot, car unlocks with app, host is friendly. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely book this car for my future Houston trips!!
