Smoke removal is $200 minimum. -Please remember to refill the tank at the end of your trip. -Car must be cleaned of debris prior to returning it. -If you are not able to refill to full tank or clean the car I can do it for a fee - Key replacement will start at $350 depending on the vehicle. Guidelines
RE-FUELING:⛽️The vehicle is provided with fuel and should be returned with an equal fuel level. If you don't want to go through the hassle of filling the fuel back up we can take care of that, there will be an additional inconvenience fee of $10 plus the gas invoice. TOLL ROAD CHARGES: For your convenience, the vehicles are set up with a Toll Tag. You are able to use the tolls however please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from you including one time $5 fee MILEAGE: Mileage is limited and you will be charged at per-mile rate if you go over the allotted miles for the trip. NO PETS/NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️My cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $150 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell. Additionally $100 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet’s hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. Any parking tickets or toll fees that occurred during the rental time will be the responsibility of the driver. DAMAGES: Keep in mind that any damages inflicted on the vehicle is 100% the guest responsibility to repair. Therefore, please be mindful of the insurance coverage chosen, how much deductible is required and more importantly to drive the speed limit and be safe! REMINDER that you has as a guest are agreeing to these terms!

Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?
All I ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition that you picked it up in.
What happens if I damage the vehicle?
Please notify me immediately with photos and a description of the damages. Be mindful of what insurance coverage you choose to ensure you are covered! It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition provided upon pick-up! Two routes to paying for damages: (1) File a claim through Turo, however, Turo does charge additional fees for claims filed. (2) We can come to a conclusion and have you pay through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal etc.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes!! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
