Guest’s Location: Get vehicle delivered at your address (Delivery fee charged.) C. Airport's: Get vehicle delivered at airport (Delivery fee charged.) D. Various hotels (Delivery fee charged.) 2) RE-FUELING:⛽️The vehicle is provided with charge and should be returned with an equal charge level. . Please keep the battery above 20% for your safety. 3) TOLL ROAD CHARGES: For your convenience, the vehicles are set up with a Toll Tag. You are able to use the tolls however please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from the app. 4 ) MILEAGE: Mileage is limited and you will be charged at per mile rate if you go over the allotted miles per trip. We do offer an unlimited miles option. 5) WASH/NO PETS: The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonably dirty (determined to be made by our Service Director) you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly. Additionally, a $150 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of the pet's hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. 6) NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️Vehicles are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell.
